Brad is an active multifamily property owner based in Dallas, Texas. He has been a Principal in over 3,000 units and currently owns apartment buildings in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Florida. In 2012 he received the prestigious Paragon Award as “Independent Rental Owner of the Year” from the National Apartment Association.
Brad also specializes in helping people earn double-digit returns by investing in apartments. Since 2006 his students have purchased over 250 apartment complexes, and in the past 2 years alone Brad has helped his students purchase 49 apartment complexes in 11 US markets totaling over $241,000,000 in purchase volume and over 5,000 total units.
Doug is a successful multi-state real estate investor with 700+ doors of holdings in Single and Multifamily properties in Birmingham, AL; Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City & Norman, OK; Dallas, Arlington & Garland, TX.
Doug is also a senior Supply Chain Executive with 20+ years of global supply chain leadership experience. He currently works for Emerson Automation Solutions Pressure Management. He works in the dynamic field of energy infrastructure and resource extraction, fueling community growth through innovative and safe technologies.
Tariq Sattar has been actively investing in residential real estate in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area for several years. He currently owns 51 single family homes across OKC with an investment value of over $4 million and healthy returns.
Tariq is also invested in 1850+ units across several multi-family ventures in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Chris Tao is the head of acquisition at Texas Metro Holdings. He is a licensed Texas REALTOR and has been an active investor since 1998. Chris is an IT manager for a fortune 500 company with over 20 years of IT experience. 5 years in managing global teams across 7 countries. Chris also has extensive experience in managing global programs in excess of $70 million total.
Paul Peebles has been arranging real estate financing for borrowers and institutional clients since 1987. Mr. Peebles, the National Underwriter at Old Capital, underwrites and structures all transactions handled by Old Capital through an array of sources including conduits, banks, life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and private money lenders. His knowledge of the capital markets and his long-term and deep relationships with the decision makers at the various capital sources is a competitive advantage for the client. He has closed over a $1 billion in real estate transactions. Mr. Peebles is a "deal maker."
